SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

We take orders on this website for Italy, all EU countries, USA and Canada.
The shipping cost in Italy is for free, free shipping abroad for orders over 240,00 Euro.
The delivery time in Italy will be about 1-3 working days (islands 2-5 days).
The delivery time to EU countries, USA and Canada will be about 3-10 working days (except time for customs formalities).
Any eventual customs clearance at the border pays the customer.

If you want to place an order from NON-EU countries, please email us directly to amministrazione@ricoo.it asking information about shipping cost, delivery time and payment conditions

We suggest to indicate an address where there is always someone to receive the shipping- provide please also a phone number for the carrier, if he should have any problems for the delivery.

In case of storage of the packet caused by wrong address and/ or absence of the recipient, we are exempt from the payment of eventual costs. You will be billed directly by the carrier.

RIGHT OF RESTITUTION

All products brought will be returned and reimbursed (EXEPT COSTUMIZED JERSEYS), on condition that you communicate us your intention of returning the product/s purchased within the 10 working days successive to the date of delivery.

Please proceed like this:

  1. Send an e-mail within 10 days to amministrazione@ricoo.it containing:
    the manifestation of will of the right of withdrawal, the indication of the related product, the number of the note that has accompanied the packet and if it is desiderate the reimbursement by bank wire transfer the data referred to the own bank current account (bank, branch of reference, IBAN code, SWIFT/BIC)
  2. The product must be in the same condition in which has been delivered and will have to keep, in the limits of the possible, its original package and label.
  3. The sending must be realized using the same protecting box of carton in which has been received to protect the product. In the case in which the same protecting box used for the delivery is not yet available, you will have to return the product in a the protecting box with the aim that it will arrive in our store with the maximum possible guarantee.
  4. Insert inside the packet a copy of the delivery note in which the products returned and the reason of restitution are pointed out.

SHIPPING COSTS

If the reason of the restitution is chargeable to us (the product is  faulty, it is not that you have ordered, etc.) the use of this service is free. If the reason is another (the product have been delivered correctly and without defects but they don’t satisfy), the charges of shipment are in charge to you. You can choose the vector that you prefers.

REIMBURSEMENT

The restitution of the products will generate a reimbursement equal to the cost of the products returned.
We will provide to the reimburse of the restitution according with the same system used for the payment within 30 DAYS from the confirmation of the arrive in the store of the  packet returned.
The visualization of the reimbursement of the restitution of the account or credit card  will depend by the type of card and the bank entity. For the payments effectuated by PayPal account, the proceeding is the same of the previous case.

REPLACEMENT

The goods can be returned within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
Before you return the goods we recommend you to check out if size or colour is available. Send an e-mail to amministrazione@ricoo.it containing: the demand for replacement products, indication of the product to change (line, size, color), DDT number of shippment.
Product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and will retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labels.

SHIPPING FEES

All shipping costs are charged to you. The cost for the replacement shipping can be payed  by bank transfer or by cash putting an envelope into the parcel. We will communicate the costs by email then.
